The Simply app suite helps bring a little order to your digital life, with a clean, consistent design across every app. Once you’ve learned one, you’ve basically learned them all—so you can hop between tools without relearning anything. Simple on the surface, but with plenty of depth underneath for handling everything from quick daily tasks to bigger creative projects.
At its core, the suite helps you keep track of your media, files, and plans. Whether you’re organising digital documents, sorting through a video library, or mapping out something bigger like a home renovation or garden redesign, there’s a tool built for it. Built-in tracking keeps an eye on timelines, costs, and resources, so even a big project stays manageable.
The apps also work well together, whether you’re planning a relaxing getaway or juggling a busy work trip. And beyond organizing, there’s room for the personal stuff too—journaling, habit tracking, and other small tools that make everyday life a bit easier.
All simply apps are free to use. There is no advertising and no data collection. All your data stays on your device protected by Android and is deleted when the app is uninstalled. In Settings, you can turn on Google backups with backup rules that include the database and app files. If this is set, reinstalling an app on the same Google account can quietly restore its data. Moving to a new device can also bring the data across. Backup does not include files such as sounds and videos which are merely linked to by Simply Apps but these files can be ported to a new device with the usual Google backup settings. Simply Collect
Simply Collect helps you keep all your treasures in one place. It tracks what you own, what you’re after, and what you’re looking to sell, plus keeps an eye on how much you’ve spent and what your collection’s worth now.
With bright, colour-coded tiles for sorting different types of items at a glance, it turns inventory tracking into something that actually looks good—whether it’s for a hobby or a small side business.
Simply Convert
Simply Convert is your go-to tool for converting pretty much anything—from everyday units like feet to meters, to more specialized ones like kilopascals to PSI.
It uses the same bright, colour-coded tiles to sort things like length, area, and pressure, so you can find what you need at a glance. There’s also quick search if you just want to jump straight to the conversion you’re after.
Simply Journal
Simply Journal is a private diary built around a calendar. Open the app and you see the month at a glance, with coloured dots marking the days you’ve written about including words, images, sounds and videos. Jump straight to today, pick any date, or flick through months and years.
Every entry has a category, so you can tell an event from a passing thought or a fond memory. Event, Thought and Reminiscence are there to start with, and you can add your own with their own colours and icons.
Simply Me
Simply Me gives you a flexible space for journaling—great for processing your day, managing stress, or tracking personal goals, all in quick 5 to 15-minute sessions.
It fits however you like to write, whether that’s structured entries, guided prompts, or just letting your thoughts spill out unfiltered. There’s no rigid system here—just an easy way to get a busy mind out of your head and build a bit of gratitude into your day, right from your phone.
Simply Read
Simply Read keeps all your books and documents in one place, so you can actually find things again. Sort by title, author, genre, or when you last read it—whatever helps you track something down fast.
You can also rate books, jot down notes, and build your own collections to keep tabs on what you’re reading or researching. And if you need a refresher, AI summaries help jog your memory on the story so far and who’s who.
Simply Schedule
Simply Schedule helps you break big goals down into manageable tasks and task groups. Add target dates, costs, and effort to each one, and the app keeps a running total so you can see how your original plan stacks up against what’s actually happening. That means you always know where things stand on timelines, labour, and budget.
There’s a visual view of your whole project too, so you can see everything at a glance and track progress as you go. Plus you can drop in photos, plans, and drawings right where you need them for quick reference.
Simply Scrapbook
Simply Scrapbook helps you hang onto your memories by pulling together photos, videos, audio, sketches, web pages, and notes into scrapbooks you create yourself.
It uses the same bright, colour-coded tiles to keep multiple scrapbooks easy to manage and fun to look through. And thanks to solid search, you can always track down that one note, clip, or photo, no matter how big your archive gets.
Simply Sketch
Simply Sketch gives you a simple canvas to draw on, with easy-to-use tools, fun stamps, and the option to doodle right over your own photos.
It’s simple to use but still packs a punch—your sketches get sorted into sketchbooks, so storing, browsing, and picking up where you left off is just a tap away. Plus, you can use your sketches across other Simply apps too.
Simply Someday
Simply Someday keeps your bucket list: everything you want to do, see and learn in your lifetime. Write it all down, or start from more than 70 ready-made ideas, from seeing the Northern Lights to tracing your family tree.
A long list is easier to act on with a few goals in focus, so choose three to five to go for this year. When you do one, tick it off with the date, your photos and a few words on how it felt.
Simply Sounds
Simply Sounds keeps your audio organized by scanning your device for files and letting you record new tracks straight from the app. It links your sound files with artwork like album covers and music scores, so you can build your own albums and playlists.

Simply Stories
Simply Stories uses the power of AI to turn your ideas into full stories—just pick your genre, characters, setting, events, and structure, and it builds the tale from there.

Simply Videos scans your device and pulls all your scattered video files into one easy-to-find library.
